Return Timeframes
Refunds: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Store Credit: Items returned between 8 to 14 calendar days from receipt are eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale: All sale items, including those from Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotions, are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and considered final sale.
Restocking Fee
While we try to accommodate our customers, certain returns outside of our standard policy may incur a 20% restocking fee. This may apply in cases like:
A return processed after the return window has closed.
An item marked as final sale but returned with an exception.
Incorrectly processed returns (e.g., items returned without prior approval).
Returns that require extra handling or processing.
Special exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis.
If a restocking fee is charged, it will be deducted from your store credit, which will be issued for the remaining balance.
How to Initiate a Return
Submit Your Return: Start by submitting a return request using [this link]. Be sure it’s within the specified timeframes for eligibility.
Receive Your Return Label: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label.
Ship Back Your Item: Send the returned item within 7 days of receiving the return label.
International Returns
If you're an international customer, please contact us first at support@wearrio.com for return approval before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns: A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Late Returns: Returns made outside the eligibility timeframe may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, including:
Stains (even light or caused during the try-on process)
Scents or residue from lotions, oils, or deodorants
Missing or removed hygiene liners
General wear and tear
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund or store credit. We document all ineligible returns with photos for transparency.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns, contact our customer service team.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Send an email to support@wearrio.com with the following details:
Your name and order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
