Free domestic shipping is available on orders exceeding $200.00.

Deliveries to Turkey are processed from our local warehouse, so no additional customs or tax fees will be charged."
Transit Times: Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched. After processing, Ground Shipping typically takes about 5 days, while Priority Shipping is usually completed within 2-3 days. Please be aware that these times are estimates and may differ based on the delivery location."
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided as your shipping address, it may cause a delay in processing as we will need to reach out for a physical address. Additionally, if you select a shipping address different from your billing address, a brief delay may occur while we verify the information. To avoid any issues and ensure smooth delivery, please carefully verify the accuracy of your shipping details."
Our shipping department operates from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Orders made over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day.
Order Cancellation:
Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for support.
International Orders – Customs & Duties:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are determined by local import regulations and are not the responsibility of RIO - SOURCE OF FASHION. As the purchaser, you are liable for any customs duties, taxes, or related fees that may be applied.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which are final and cannot be modified. RIO – SOURCE OF FASHION is not accountable for any extra charges from shipping carriers (such as UPS), including customs handling or processing fees.
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs or duties, you will be held responsible for all return shipping costs. A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted, and any remaining amount will be issued as store credit. Please note that refunds will not be offered in such cases.
To prevent unexpected charges, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about import taxes and duties before placing your order.
