How should I care for my swimsuits?

To keep your swimsuit in pristine condition, we recommend hand washing it separately in cold water with gentle soap after each use.

Avoid soaking, and dry in the shade.

Do not pack wet swimsuits with other garments or leave them balled up, especially while wet.

Avoid dry cleaning and limit contact with sunscreens, oils, chlorine, and rough surfaces to prevent fabric damage and fading.

How should I try on my garments?

For hygiene and quality assurance:

Always try on swimwear over undergarments.

Avoid applying lotions, oils, or deodorants before trying items on, as these can transfer to the fabric.

Items returned with signs of wear, stains, scent, damage, or missing hygiene liners will not be accepted and will be sent back.

What size should I order?

Check our detailed sizing guide found at the bottom of any page under "Size Guide".

Can I shop in my currency?

Currently, we accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Turkish Lira (TRY).  All transactions will be processed in one of these two currencies.

Yes. Rio - Source Of Fashion is not responsible for customs clearance fees or delays.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders let you reserve items in advance—typically new releases or restocks.

Full payment is required at checkout.

The estimated arrival date (ETA) is listed on the product page.

ETAs may change; we’ll notify you of any updates.

What if my order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a missing item?

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incomplete order, email us at support@wearrio.com within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

Full-price items: Return for a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Between days 8–14: Return for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners.

Final Sale Items (e.g., sale events, gift cards): Not eligible for return.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Why is there a 20% restocking fee?

The 20% restocking fee covers costs for quality checks, repackaging, and inventory management to maintain high standards.

Are returns free?

No. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label.

An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

What if a promo code or gift card isn't working?

Copy and paste the code at checkout.

Ensure it meets the terms and conditions.

Are promo codes transferable or reusable?

No. Promo codes are one-time use only and non-transferable.
